Shantanu Narayen, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Adobe, has transformed the company into an industry innovator by pioneering a cloud-based subscription model for its creative suite, establishing the gold standard for digital documents and creating and leading the explosive digital experience category. Today, he’s driving the company’s strategy to unleash creativity for all, accelerate document productivity and power digital business. Shantanu joined Adobe in 1998 as vice president and general manager of its engineering technology group. He became president and COO in 2005, CEO in 2007 and chairman of the board in 2017. Shantanu is vice chairman of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum and sits on the board of Pfizer. He previously served as a director of Dell and is a past member of the U.S. President’s Management Advisory Board.
Shantanu has been recognized by several publications as one of the world’s leading executives, including Barron’s World’s Best CEOs and Fortune Businessperson of the Year lists, and named a Top CEO by Glassdoor based on employee feedback. He is a recipient of India’s civilian honour Padma Shri and the Economic Times Global Indian of the Year award.
Before joining Adobe, Shantanu held product development roles at Apple and Silicon Graphics before co-founding an early photo-sharing startup, Pictra. Shantanu holds five patents. He has a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Osmania University, a master’s degree in computer science from Bowling Green State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Shantanu once represented India in sailing at an Asian regatta.
With over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry, Dee Madigan is a Creative Director who has developed integrated campaigns for some of the world’s largest brands, including HSBC, Coca-Cola, J&J, Unilever and Nestle. She has been a winner or finalist at almost all major advertising awards, including Cannes.
Dee understands the need for creativity as a tool to persuade an audience; she understands that effective messages are always based on brand truths and she knows how to develop and roll out a truly integrated campaign, from TV ads and traditional media, through to digital and social media.
Dee is one of Australia’s most experienced political campaigners. She has been Creative Director on over 11 elections, including the 2015 Qld Election as well as the 2016 ACT and NT Elections and the 2017 Qld Election.

Lisa joined Coles Group in May 2019. As Chief Marketing Officer, Lisa is responsible for leading the organisations marketing brand and media strategies, sponsorships and events, customer insights and analytics, and in store promotion.Prior to joining Coles, Lisa worked across several brands and sectors including Carlton & United Breweries, Visa International, Telstra, David Jones, Westpac Group and Tourism Australia.

Lizzie Young joined Nine in 2010 and was appointed Managing Director – Group Marketing and Local Markets in 2020.
Prior to her appointment she held various roles at Nine, including Managing Director – Commercial Partnerships, Group Content Strategy Director and Director of Powered.

His clients in the US range from Google, Microsoft and Amazon to Samsung, Ford and Unilever.
He has worked with C-level teams to activate brand programs for their customers and employees; helped them define their purpose, navigate mergers acquisitions and divestitures, reposition their brands and tackle strategic business challenges.
Daniel is a true globalist and has worked in seven different countries across four continents during his 30 years in the branding and communications industry. He spent 18 years with the advertising agency McCann Erickson where he held positions as EVP and Worldwide Account Director on the Coca-Cola and Unilever business, Regional President for McCann Africa, as well as CEO in Indonesia and Malaysia.
He now lives in New York with his American wife and their two boys.
Jordan is a digital marketing professional who has a strong focus on customer journey management, digital product development, growth marketing and omni-channel customer experience design. Jordan has over 10 years’ experience in integrated digital marketing solutions and campaign delivery within the Higher Education sector.
Jordan commenced at Swinburne in 2012 as Digital Marketing Manager and has since gone on to work as the Product Owner for Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Manager as part of a multi-year digital transformation program - to implement the Adobe Experience Cloud and deliver Swinburne’s vision to gain a deeper understanding and deliver meaningful experiences to current and prospective students.
Having recently completed the digital transformation program, Jordan is now leading Swinburne’s Digital Marketing efforts and harnessing the power of the Adobe Experience Cloud to effectively design, plan, execute and optimise cross-channel marketing solutions that deliver personalised and engaging customer experiences.
Elias is a digital leader with fifteen years of experience in leading business strategy, and creating and cultivating digital businesses. As the General Manager of Datacom Digital, he leads and drives the digital business in supporting customers building enterprise value in a digital first era. He was instrumental in building out Nine’s digital ad technology stack following the dissolution of Nine’s JV with Microsoft, developing Nine’s addressable TV proposition, and for unifying Nine’s data asset following the mergers with Fairfax and Macquarie Media.
Ben has 19 years’ experience in the media industry from his time at companies in Australia and the UK. Before joining Nine in 2014 Ben worked at Telegraph Media Group and The Guardian in the UK and before that at Fairfax Media in Sydney.

Aimee is the Digital Delivery Manager at Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited. She has been working for Farmlands for over 5 years, and in that time lead the team of Business Process Analysts, setting up Farmlands process framework to support their core platforms implementation (Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE, Finance and Operations and Commerce). She now heads up the Digital Delivery Team which is responsible for the technology projects that now extract value off the core platforms.
Outside of her work achievements, Aimee has a long standing commitment to Netball, holding various team management and executive committee roles for New Brighton Netball.
James is a digital commerce innovator and thought leader with a deep passion for driving business success from digital commerce ecosystems.
With more than 20 years of experience as a solutions architect. James made his first online sale (a music CD) via an eCommerce system built with open source software in 1996. His digital retail experiences have given James a comprehensive understanding of every challenge facing businesses and opportunities that exist within them. He also has extensive experience in omnichannel marketing and bricks-and-clicks businesses.
After earning his Honours Degree in Engineering, James continued his education and received an MBA from Melbourne and Copenhagen Business Schools. He has become the “go-to guy” for digital transformation.
Richard Spencer is Chief Customer Experience Officer at Business Australia, and is accountable for developing and implementing the organisation’s customer strategy, to maximise customer acquisition, engagement, retention and profitability.
As CXO, Richard oversees Business Australia’s total customer experience, from identifying and understanding customer needs, to creating an enterprise wide customer experience framework.

Toby Wright is chief technology officer at Telegraph Media Group and has worked in the technology and media sectors for 32 years. Leading teams responsible for the design and build of digital products and services including the Telegraph website, Toby oversees engineering, development, architecture and technology strategy both for consumer products and services and enterprise systems. He worked previously at Reuters, where he was responsible for leading the content technology function, supporting 120 international locations delivering real-time news (text, pictures and video) and data. Prior to that, he spent 16 years with Intel Corporation, in various global IT engineering and management roles, latterly responsible for the planning and implementation of commercial internet data centres.
Simon is a 20-year IT veteran with rich experience across a variety of business development and leadership roles in Asia Pacific. He has served on a number of advisory boards with technology companies in early stage funding, and holds copyright over the Professional 6 Risk Management Methodology, now used by an estimated 5,000+ B2B sales people globally.
Simon was born in Australia, grew up in South Africa and Zimbabwe, before completing his tertiary studies back in Australia - graduating in Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney. He has recently returned from Singapore and now lives in Sydney with his wife and two children.
Before joining Adobe, Simon worked with companies such as NetComm, Gateway Computers, Hummingbird/Opentext, Dell EMC, SAP, and Salesforce. Anjul Bhambhri is vice president of Platform Engineering at Adobe. In her role, Anjul leads Adobe Experience Platform strategy, development and technology partnerships with Microsoft Azure.
Anjul has nearly three decades of experience in enterprise technology development with a focus on establishing industry leadership in big data, databases and analytics. She has launched technology ventures within mature companies, growing them into global organisations with significant revenue streams.
Prior to joining Adobe in 2016, Anjul spent 14 years at IBM, most recently serving as vice president of Engineering for the Big Data and Analytics Platform where she has helped integrate technology and teams, all while growing combined customer bases.
Anjul holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delhi. She was ranked #8 in on Business Insider’s “Most Powerful Female Engineers” list in 2018 and in 2013, selected by Strata Today as “Your Top Picks” in the Women in Data category, and YWCA of Silicon Valley “Tribute to Women” award in 2009.
Kirsty Farrell started with Adobe in January 2019 and works within the Adobe Customer Solutions, Customer Success team, located in Melbourne. As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, she works with key accounts in ANZ across multiple sectors such as Financial services, Education, Utilities and Retail. Her key focuses are developing deep partnerships, ensuring customers maximise value from their technology investments and encouraging wider adoption across the Experience Cloud solutions. In addition, Kirsty is the Adobe Experience League Ambassador for ANZ, helping our customers better enable and upskill their teams. Kirsty also leads a key program of work, Peer2Peer, within the APAC Customer Success Series connecting APAC customers with the purpose of knowledge sharing, networking and highlighting how other customers gain further value from their relationship with Adobe.

At Adobe, he is a senior manager of product marketing for the Customer Journey Management portfolio (center of the Adobe Experience Cloud & Platform) leading go-to-market strategy, communication, and business development across EMEA and other global regions. Timo is a renowned speaker at leading digital marketing events and congresses, and a thought leader on artificial intelligence, content velocity, customer journey management and mobile marketing strategies in B2B as well as B2C. Timo Kohlberg has more than 12 years of experience in the software industry, working for mid-size and enterprise companies including Infor, where he was responsible for Product Marketing and Demand Generation, covering key regions in EMEA. Jennifer Mulveny serves as Adobe’s Director of Government Relations for Asia-Pacific based in Sydney. She is responsible for all public policy issues that impact Adobe’s regional business, including data, international trade, privacy, cybersecurity and intellectual property.
Before joining Adobe in 2017 Jennifer was Director of Policy for Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia at Intel Corporation. She served as Intel’s U.S. Senate Republican liaison in Washington, D.C. where she lived for almost 20 years before moving to Australia in 2014.
During her time in Washington Jennifer also served as Director of Global Trade Policy at Hewlett-Packard. She also was a political appointee under President George W. Bush serving as Deputy Assistant for Congressional Affairs at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. She has worked in the U.S. Congress in both the House and Senate.
Jennifer has held several advisory roles within government and business, specialising in matters of international trade and technology policy.
She currently chairs the special interest group on public policy for the Australia Information Industry Association (AIIA) and was recently an adjunct professor at Georgetown University teaching global business and public policy. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her post-graduate degree in International Affairs from the George Washington University in Washington D.C. She lives in Sydney with her husband and two sons.
Jean-Michel Pittet is the VP of Engineering of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Jean-Michel led AEM through many phases: from early days in 2001 to "the" market leading solution, continually innovating and moving the product into the Cloud: always on, always up to date and naturally autoscaling for content velocity, across all channels. Leveraging AI/ML algorithms and the experience coming through a stable and growing team of industry experts.
He is the author of two Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) standards and speaker at conferences. Jean-Michel is honoured to be an Apache and Linux kernel open source committer. Jean-Michel has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a MsC in Computational Sciences and Engineering from ETH/EPFL.
Michael is a seasoned innovative marketer focused on driving efficiencies and improved return on investment through the better use of data and content in Marketing and eCommerce. He has an extensive background in data driven marketing, eCommerce, content management, cross-channel marketing and digital advertising.
Michael currently works in the Product & Industry Marketing team at Adobe. In this role he helps Adobe’s customers across EMEA to better achieve their marketing & commerce objectives through deep industry insight and best practises, as well as ensuring they are maximising their use of Adobe solutions.
Gabbi Stubbs is a senior media and tech executive with extensive full-stack and foresight strategy and marketing experience. She has deep expertise in the identification of early stage consumer behaviour and technology challenges and opportunities and defining associated strategies, including product, marketing and business model innovation and digital transformation which deliver tangible and long term competitive advantage.
Currently leading APAC Product Marketing for the Adobe Audience Manager, Real-time Customer Data Platform, and Intelligent Services solutions, Gabbi represents the product strategy and opportunity for DMP and related CDP capabilities of the Adobe Experience Platform. She has worked extensively through the Australian media industry with previous senior media executive experience at Nine Entertainment Co Digital, ABC Digital and News Corp (Magazines and Digital) leading insights, strategy and research for advertising solutions, product development and data strategies.
With experience extending from corporates to small business, start-ups and social enterprises and in roles spanning strategy, insights, measurement and analytics, innovation and growth initiatives, and industry forecasting and commentary, Gabbi is well positioned to represent the voice of the customer and the voice of the market.
Sarah Theiss is a Partner Manager with Adobe. Sarah has 20+ years working with global software vendors, bringing their vision to life with partners like Datacom New Zealand.
Suresh Vittal leads product management, product marketing and go-to-market strategy for Adobe’s Digital Experience business. Adobe Experience Cloud is the most comprehensive set of applications helping brands drive digital transformation and includes Experience Manager, Campaign, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, Marketo Engage and Magento Commerce. Suresh oversees Adobe Experience Platform and roadmap to deliver on the promise of Adobe Experience Cloud.
He joined Adobe in 2013 through the Neolane acquisition where he served as Chief Product Officer. Before Neolane, he built and scaled the Customer Intelligence practice at Forrester Research, focusing on enterprise marketing technologies, database marketing strategies, and customer analytics.
Bethan joined Adobe as a Solutions Consultant in May 2020. She joined Adobe having used the Magento product extensively as an end-user, working in the E-commerce teams of fashion and accessories brands such as Liberty London, I.D. Sarrieri and Lola Rose. Loving a challenge, she chose specifically to join businesses early that were in their e-commerce journey to help digitally transform them across online trading, ecommerce development and digital marketing.
Eva is a solution consultant & experience designer in Adobe’s EMEA Solution Consultant team. Combining a background in economic psychology, consumer behaviour and digital marketing, with Adobe Eva guides clients to envision and design relevant customer experiences throughout their online and offline touch points. Eva enjoys guiding clients in their digital transformation; combining technology with strategy and business value processes. Before joining Adobe in 2018, Eva managed the digital marketing of Chiquita bananas.
Cedric Huesler is director product management for Digital Experience Management at Adobe. He joined Adobe with the acquisition of Day Software in 2010. In his role, he is responsible for product direction and strategy of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – with focus on web content management and in-venue/in-store experiences.
Prior to Adobe, Huesler was engineering director at Local.ch, Switzerland’s online phone book and Yellow Pages. Huesler has 16 years' experience in the web content management space. He lives in San Francisco (California) and loves spending time hiking and skiing.
Doan Than is an experienced technologist with over 10 years in the IT industry and is interested in the intersection between business and technology. Doan is interested in helping brands plan and achieve their marketing goals and to help them maximise their ROI using technology.
