Shantanu Narayen, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Adobe, has transformed the company into an industry innovator by pioneering a cloud-based subscription model for its creative suite, establishing the gold standard for digital documents and creating and leading the explosive digital experience category. Today, he’s driving the company’s strategy to unleash creativity for all, accelerate document productivity and power digital business. Under Shantanu’s leadership, Adobe has achieved record revenue and industry recognition for its inclusive, innovative and exceptional workplace including being continuously named a Great Place to Work and a Most Admired Company by Fortune.
Shantanu joined Adobe in 1998 as vice president and general manager of its engineering technology group. He became president and COO in 2005, CEO in 2007 and chairman of the board in 2017. Shantanu is vice chairman of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum and sits on the board of Pfizer. He previously served as a director of Dell and is a past member of the U.S. President’s Management Advisory Board.
Shantanu has been recognized by several publications as one of the world’s leading executives, including Barron’s World’s Best CEOs and Fortune Businessperson of the Year lists, and named a Top CEO by Glassdoor based on employee feedback. He is a recipient of India’s civilian honour Padma Shri and the Economic Times Global Indian of the Year award.
Before joining Adobe, Shantanu held product development roles at Apple and Silicon Graphics before co-founding an early photo-sharing startup, Pictra. Shantanu holds five patents. He has a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Osmania University, a master’s degree in computer science from Bowling Green State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Shantanu once represented India in sailing at an Asian regatta.
Mr Aaron Chiew is the Head of Mobile & Digital at UOB, Singapore. He is responsible for the Mobile and Digital business strategy and proposition for UOB Personal Financial Services across the region, and led the team that launched the award winning UOB Mighty app in 2015. He heads a team of innovative Product Managers and Designers focused on re-defining the way UOB customers experience the bank through their mobile and digital devices. Aaron also works closely with group of dedicated developers and business analysts, and firmly believes that digital development is best done through an intimate collaboration between business and technology. He is also a strong advocate of ‘Mobile-First’.
Prior to joining UOB, Aaron was the Group Head for Digital Banking at Standard Chartered Bank, and was heavily involved in the bank’s online and mobile transformation.
Aaron started off his career in the finance industry at DBS Bank more than 10 years ago, after gaining valuable experience at online companies such as Yahoo Asia. Having been in both the business and technology space, he is well versed with the issues and challenges in both industries.
Aaron holds an Economics degree from the National University of Singapore.
Simon is a 20-year IT veteran with rich experience across a variety of business development and leadership roles in Asia Pacific. He has served on a number of advisory boards with technology companies in early stage funding, and holds copyright over the Professional 6© Risk Management Methodology, now used by an estimated 5,000+ B2B sales people globally.
Simon was born in Australia, grew up in South Africa and Zimbabwe, before completing his tertiary studies back in Australia - graduating in Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney. He has recently returned from Singapore and now lives in Sydney with his wife and two children.
Before joining Adobe, Simon worked with companies such as NetComm, Gateway Computers, Hummingbird/Opentext, Dell EMC, SAP, and Salesforce. The three values Simon has firmly anchored himself to through his career are: Fun, Family and Freedom. He considers himself a Rugby ‘tragic’, a motorsport aficionado, and loves a day out boating with friends and family.
A respected leader in the industry, Simon has over three decades of professional experience in the technology sector, including eighteen years in Asia Pacific. His career has spanned development, sales management and executive leadership at both start-ups and large corporations. Most recently, Simon held senior roles at MapR and SAP where he established and scaled new businesses across the region, and gained deep and practical understanding of the software and cloud services business.
Simon currently sits on the advisory board of the Nanyang Polytechnic School of IT, and is an active mentor and angel investor in multiple start-ups. He is also a mentor and coach to early talent through Mentorshub.
Simon graduated from Middlesex University with a Master’s Degree in Sales Management and Sales Transformation, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science from Staffordshire University. He has also attended a Management Development Program at INSEAD, and is currently a student of the Singapore Management University SID-SMU Directorship Program.
Nikki Muller landed her first TV job when she was 15 years old, hosting MTV@Mbassy across Asia. She co-hosted Studio Disney on Disney Channel and at 20, was nominated as “Best Entertainment Presenter” at the Asian Television Awards. She’s since been nominated and Highly Commended twice in the same category.
Nikki’s hosted the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix, LIVE across the track and the former Fox Sports Asia presenter is proud of covering various F1 and MOTOGP races across the region as well as the most prestigious tennis tournament, The Championships, Wimbledon. The opening and closing ceremonies of the 28th South East Asian Games were a cracker to host, as was the WTA Finals in Singapore where she broadcasted LIVE around the world. Nikki is in her element when entertaining crowds at Marvel Studios events, sharing the stage with the likes of Robert Downey Jr. and Samuel L. Jackson.

Adam oversees CIMB’s groupwide marketing and brand management across its geographies and businesses. He is a veteran in the marketing field with a career spanning 30 years in multi-national companies, international agencies and public-listed GLCs in senior positions with regional responsibilities. Prior to CIMB, Adam was the GCMO of Maybank Group, CMO of Sunrise Bhd, Brand & Advertising Director of ASTRO and worked on a diverse range of categories including FMCG, Automotive and Telecommunications, managing category leading brands. His experience in regional marketing management with BMW Group covered responsibilities in 17 countries across India, China, South-East Asia and the South Pacific island Nations.

Aalishan Zaidi is the Global Head, Client Experience, Channels and Digital Banking for Standard Chartered Bank’s Retail Banking division. Based in Singapore Aalishaan is responsible for driving superior client experiences across all channels, including end-to-end client journeys, digital and innovation. Aalishaan has been with Standard Chartered Bank for over 25years and worked in the corporate and institutional, retail and investment banking divisions of Standard Chartered since joining the bank in 1994 as a management trainee in Pakistan.
He has held a number of senior roles across Asia, Africa and the Middle East including Chief Operating Officer Retail Banking, Group Head Branch Banking and Head of Consumer Banking, Pakistan.
Aalishaan is married and has 3 children. Outside of work, he is an avid painter and a committed student of Architecture.
Daniel is the US Chief Executive Officer of Interbrand, the world’s leading brand consultancy. He has been with the company for seven years and leads an integrated team of strategists, designers, writers, researchers and innovators who help clients leverage their brands to grow their businesses. His clients in the US range from Google, Microsoft and Amazon to Samsung, Ford and Unilever.
He has worked with C-level teams to activate brand programs for their customers and employees; helped them define their purpose, navigate mergers acquisitions and divestitures, reposition their brands and tackle strategic business challenges.
Daniel is a true globalist and has worked in seven different countries across four continents during his 30 years in the branding and communications industry. He spent 18 years with the advertising agency McCann Erickson where he held positions as EVP and Worldwide Account Director on the Coca-Cola and Unilever business, Regional President for McCann Africa, as well as CEO in Indonesia and Malaysia.

Toby Wright is chief technology officer at Telegraph Media Group and has worked in the technology and media sectors for 32 years. Leading teams responsible for the design and build of digital products and services including the Telegraph website, Toby oversees engineering, development, architecture and technology strategy both for consumer products and services and enterprise systems. He worked previously at Reuters, where he was responsible for leading the content technology function, supporting 120 international locations delivering real-time news (text, pictures and video) and data. Prior to that, he spent 16 years with Intel Corporation, in various global IT engineering and management roles, latterly responsible for the planning and implementation of commercial internet data centres.
Since joining Adobe in 2010, Hiro has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers across multiple verticals and regions, guiding organizations in becoming an experience business.

Anjul Bhambhri is vice president of Platform Engineering at Adobe. In her role, Anjul leads Adobe Experience Platform strategy, development and technology partnerships with Microsoft Azure.
Anjul has nearly three decades of experience in enterprise technology development with a focus on establishing industry leadership in big data, databases and analytics. She has launched technology ventures within mature companies, growing them into global organisations with significant revenue streams.
Prior to joining Adobe in 2016, Anjul spent 14 years at IBM, most recently serving as vice president of Engineering for the Big Data and Analytics Platform where she has helped integrate technology and teams, all while growing combined customer bases.
Anjul holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delhi. Timo Kohlberg is a digital marketing and cross-channel campaign management expert, focusing on creation of superior customer experiences. At Adobe, he is a senior manager of product marketing for the Customer Journey Management portfolio (center of the Adobe Experience Cloud & Platform) leading go-to-market strategy, communication, and business development across EMEA and other global regions. Timo is a renowned speaker at leading digital marketing events and congresses, and a thought leader on artificial intelligence, content velocity, customer journey management and mobile marketing strategies in B2B as well as B2C. Timo Kohlberg has more than 12 years of experience in the software industry, working for mid-size and enterprise companies including Infor, where he was responsible for Product Marketing and Demand Generation, covering key regions in EMEA. He holds a degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Marketing from Northumbria University in Newcastle and Munich University of Applied Sciences.

Jean-Michel Pittet is the VP of Engineering of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Jean-Michel led AEM through many phases: from early days in 2001 to "the" market leading solution, continually innovating and moving the product into the Cloud: always on, always up to date and naturally autoscaling for content velocity, across all channels. Leveraging AI/ML algorithms and the experience coming through a stable and growing team of industry experts.
He is the author of two Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) standards and speaker at conferences. Jean-Michel is honoured to be an Apache and Linux kernel open source committer. Jean-Michel has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a MsC in Computational Sciences and Engineering from ETH/EPFL.
As a well-recognized thought leader in digital experience in the region and marketer himself, Patrick Sum heads up the vision and go-to-market strategy for Adobe Digital Experience product portfolio for Greater China.
Previously he served as Head of Solution Consulting for Adobe South China and HKT regions, and several regional and management roles in other leading technology companies including Oracle, IBM and Deloitte in Asia and United States.
Suresh Vittal leads product management, product marketing and go-to-market strategy for Adobe’s Digital Experience business. Adobe Experience Cloud is the most comprehensive set of applications helping brands drive digital transformation and includes Experience Manager, Campaign, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, Marketo Engage and Magento Commerce. Suresh oversees Adobe Experience Platform and roadmap to deliver on the promise of Adobe Experience Cloud.
He joined Adobe in 2013 through the Neolane acquisition where he served as Chief Product Officer. Before Neolane, he built and scaled the Customer Intelligence practice at Forrester Research, focusing on enterprise marketing technologies, database marketing strategies, and customer analytics.
Bethan joined Adobe as a Solutions Consultant in May 2020. She joined Adobe having used the Magento product extensively as an end-user, working in the E-commerce teams of fashion and accessories brands such as Liberty London, I.D. Sarrieri and Lola Rose. Richard is a regular media commentator on a range of social, digital and CX issues and has presented at more than 50 conferences around the world. Richard’s a tertiary qualified professional with experience building both businesses and brands and maximising the impact of digital channel management and transformation on business performance.
Kirsty Farrell started with Adobe in January 2019 and works within the Adobe Customer Solutions, Customer Success team, located in Melbourne. As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, she works with key accounts in ANZ across multiple sectors such as Financial services, Education, Utilities and Retail. Her key focuses are developing deep partnerships, ensuring customers maximise value from their technology investments and encouraging wider adoption across the Experience Cloud solutions. In addition, Kirsty is the Adobe Experience League Ambassador for ANZ, helping our customers better enable and upskill their teams. Kirsty also leads a key program of work, Peer2Peer, within the APAC Customer Success Series connecting APAC customers with the purpose of knowledge sharing, networking and highlighting how other customers gain further value from their relationship with Adobe.
Kirsty has 10 years’ experience in various aspects of digital including social media, data and insights, CDP and improving customer experiences. Cedric Huesler is director product management for Digital Experience Management at Adobe. He joined Adobe with the acquisition of Day Software in 2010. In his role, he is responsible for product direction and strategy of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – with focus on web content management and in-venue/in-store experiences.
Prior to Adobe, Huesler was engineering director at Local.ch, Switzerland’s online phone book and Yellow Pages. Huesler has 16 years' experience in the web content management space. He lives in San Francisco (California) and loves spending time hiking and skiing.
Chak Ming Fai is the Head of Solution Consulting for Adobe South-East Asia. He advises customers on the adoption of Digital Marketing and Digital Media solutions.
Prior to that, Chak headed the Adobe mobile consulting practice in APAC and Japan, working with operators to develop content services based on Adobe’s mobile solutions.
Chak’s previous roles in Adobe were in technical presales and consulting in South-East Asia, where he gained an extensive knowledge of Adobe’s products and solutions.
Before joining Adobe, he was with Microsoft Singapore, handling business development and content operations for MSN. He has also had technical field sales experience in IBM and running his own Web design startup.
Chak graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Computer Science.
Jennifer Mulveny serves as Adobe’s Director of Government Relations for Asia-Pacific based in Sydney. She is responsible for all public policy issues that impact Adobe’s regional business, including data, international trade, privacy, cybersecurity and intellectual property.
Before joining Adobe in 2017 Jennifer was Director of Policy for Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia at Intel Corporation. She served as Intel’s U.S. Senate Republican liaison in Washington, D.C. where she lived for almost 20 years before moving to Australia in 2014.
During her time in Washington Jennifer also served as Director of Global Trade Policy at Hewlett-Packard. She also was a political appointee under President George W. Bush serving as Deputy Assistant for Congressional Affairs at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. She has worked in the U.S. Congress in both the House and Senate.
Jennifer has held several advisory roles within government and business, specialising in matters of international trade and technology policy.
She currently chairs the special interest group on public policy for the Australia Information Industry Association (AIIA) and was recently an adjunct professor at Georgetown University teaching global business and public policy. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her post-graduate degree in International Affairs from the George Washington University in Washington D.C. She lives in Sydney with her husband and two sons.
