Shantanu Narayen, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Adobe, has transformed the company into an industry innovator by pioneering a cloud-based subscription model for its creative suite, establishing the gold standard for digital documents and creating and leading the explosive digital experience category. Today, he’s driving the company’s strategy to unleash creativity for all, accelerate document productivity and power digital business. Shantanu joined Adobe in 1998 as vice president and general manager of its engineering technology group. He became president and COO in 2005, CEO in 2007 and chairman of the board in 2017. Shantanu is vice chairman of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum and sits on the board of Pfizer. He previously served as a director of Dell and is a past member of the U.S. President’s Management Advisory Board.
Shantanu has been recognized by several publications as one of the world’s leading executives, including Barron’s World’s Best CEOs and Fortune Businessperson of the Year lists, and named a Top CEO by Glassdoor based on employee feedback. He is a recipient of India’s civilian honour Padma Shri and the Economic Times Global Indian of the Year award.
Before joining Adobe, Shantanu held product development roles at Apple and Silicon Graphics before co-founding an early photo-sharing startup, Pictra. Shantanu holds five patents. He has a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Osmania University, a master’s degree in computer science from Bowling Green State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Shantanu once represented India in sailing at an Asian regatta.
Simon is a 20-year IT veteran with rich experience across a variety of business development and leadership roles in Asia Pacific. He has served on a number of advisory boards with technology companies in early stage funding, and holds copyright over the Professional 6© Risk Management Methodology, now used by an estimated 5,000+ B2B sales people globally.
Simon was born in Australia, grew up in South Africa and Zimbabwe, before completing his tertiary studies back in Australia - graduating in Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney. He has recently returned from Singapore and now lives in Sydney with his wife and two children.
Before joining Adobe, Simon worked with companies such as NetComm, Gateway Computers, Hummingbird/Opentext, Dell EMC, SAP, and Salesforce. The three values Simon has firmly anchored himself to through his career are: Fun, Family and Freedom. He considers himself a Rugby ‘tragic’, a motorsport aficionado, and loves a day out boating with friends and family.
Molly Kapoor is Head of Marketing at Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited and she has been a part of ABSLAMC for over a decade. Molly has been leading the Marketing practice at ABSLAMC since 2014 and was previously the Head of Customer Services, Experience, and Branch Operations. Molly has played a key role in spearheading some of the significant business expansion mandates & marketing initiatives at ABSLAMC. Additionally, She has been one of the founding members of the Financial Literacy Core Committee of the Association of Mutual Funds of India (AMFI). In addition to contributing to the financial literacy mandate of AMFI, Molly headed the Digital Marketing team within the committee. This marks her key contribution to Mutual Fund industry, during which period, industry saw significant growth to add over 3.5 million new customers within a year.
Molly is also one of the five shortlists for ET Prime Women Leadership Awards 2020 for Brand and Marketing Leader of the Year. This prestigious nomination is a recognition of her work and contribution to ABSLAMC & the industry for over 20 years.
In a career spanning over twenty years, Molly has worked fundamentally in the Mutual Funds industry. She has previously worked for ICICI Prudential AMC where she managed service operations and service quality.
Molly holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Bhimrao Ambedkar University and an Executive MBA degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt Practitioner.
Satyaki is the Chief Strategy & Development Officer at BIAL. He has almost two decades of experience in working with public and private sector investors and operators of aviation and transport infrastructure advising on business, finance, strategy, regulatory and project delivery related initiatives across the world. During this time, he has had extensive experience with aviation system planning across major cities viz. Chicago, Dubai, Houston, Istanbul, London, New Delhi etc.
In his role at BIAL, Satyaki leads the Strategy and Development BU focusing on (i) front-end corporate strategy and business development; (ii) traffic forecasting and slot coordination; (iii) the aviation business including airline marketing, cargo and concessionaires; (iv) capacity, master planning and programme management; and (v) innovation and digital transformation.
Prior to joining BIAL, Satyaki was with GMR Airports Ltd as Chief Innovation Officer for the airport sector across the group. Before this, he held leadership roles at London Stansted Airport, Dubai Airports, where he was Head of Master Planning and as Managing Director at LeighFisher, a specialist global airport advisory firm.
Satyaki has an undergraduate degree in Architecture from IED, Vallabh Vidyanagar and a masters in urban design (with a focus in transportation) from the University of California, Berkeley.

Jogendra Singh is Sr. Vice President (Finance) for Hero Corporate Service Ltd and is responsible for Finance operations of Hero Enterprise which includes companies engaged in manufacturing, Real Estate, Service industry, Educational Institute and Insurance Broking operations. He is also on Board of several companies in Hero Enterprise. An industry veteran for over 30 years, Jogendra has donned various roles in various Hero Groups’ ventures and initiatives in the current and earlier assignments.
Till Dec 2015, Jogendra Singh was Chief Accounting Officer for Daimler India Commercial Vehicles P Ltd responsible for Finance, taxation and External Affairs. As first employee of the Greenfield venture of Daimler in India, Jogendra has been instrumental in the establishment of Daimler’s entry in India with the promise of bringing a leap in the technology for commercial vehicles market in India. This has been achieved with introduction of ‘Bharat Benz, Mercedes Benz and Fuso range of Trucks and Buses for India and export markets. During his tenure at Daimler he headed external affairs committee.
He has taken keen interest in interacting with students in India and abroad including at IMT, Hyderabad and colleges affiliated with Pokhra University, Nepal.

Daniel is the US Chief Executive Officer of Interbrand, the world’s leading brand consultancy. He has been with the company for seven years and leads an integrated team of strategists, designers, writers, researchers and innovators who help clients leverage their brands to grow their businesses. His clients in the US range from Google, Microsoft and Amazon to Samsung, Ford and Unilever.
He has worked with C-level teams to activate brand programs for their customers and employees; helped them define their purpose, navigate mergers acquisitions and divestitures, reposition their brands and tackle strategic business challenges.
Daniel is a true globalist and has worked in seven different countries across four continents during his 30 years in the branding and communications industry. He spent 18 years with the advertising agency McCann Erickson where he held positions as EVP and Worldwide Account Director on the Coca-Cola and Unilever business, Regional President for McCann Africa, as well as CEO in Indonesia and Malaysia.
He now lives in New York with his American wife and their two boys.
Thiagaraja Manikandan, a.k.a. Mani is the President & Group CIO for Olam International Limited. In this role, he is responsible for the Information and Digital Technology strategy for Olam. He successfully spearheaded Olam’s 1st ever global IT strategy creating an end-to-end best of breed integrated IT ecosystem of a core technology backbone comprising of – a unique SAP Global Template, Digital Commodity Trading & Risk Management platform and Analytics along with special purpose bolt-on extensions supported by a strong underlying infrastructure and collaboration portfolio.
Subsequently, he successfully embarked on an end-to-end digital technology vision to connect Olam’s business ecosystem starting from the farmers up to the customers while digitizing everything in-between as well, with an aim to bring greater efficiency, business transformation and disruptive innovations in its business model. Toby Wright is chief technology officer at Telegraph Media Group and has worked in the technology and media sectors for 32 years. Leading teams responsible for the design and build of digital products and services including the Telegraph website, Toby oversees engineering, development, architecture and technology strategy both for consumer products and services and enterprise systems. He worked previously at Reuters, where he was responsible for leading the content technology function, supporting 120 international locations delivering real-time news (text, pictures and video) and data. Prior to that, he spent 16 years with Intel Corporation, in various global IT engineering and management roles, latterly responsible for the planning and implementation of commercial internet data centres.
Anjul Bhambhri is vice president of Platform Engineering at Adobe. In her role, Anjul leads Adobe Experience Platform strategy, development and technology partnerships with Microsoft Azure.
Anjul has nearly three decades of experience in enterprise technology development with a focus on establishing industry leadership in big data, databases and analytics. She has launched technology ventures within mature companies, growing them into global organisations with significant revenue streams.
Prior to joining Adobe in 2016, Anjul spent 14 years at IBM, most recently serving as vice president of Engineering for the Big Data and Analytics Platform where she has helped integrate technology and teams, all while growing combined customer bases.
Anjul holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delhi. Kirsty Farrell started with Adobe in January 2019 and works within the Adobe Customer Solutions, Customer Success team, located in Melbourne. As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, she works with key accounts in ANZ across multiple sectors such as Financial services, Education, Utilities and Retail. Her key focuses are developing deep partnerships, ensuring customers maximise value from their technology investments and encouraging wider adoption across the Experience Cloud solutions. In addition, Kirsty is the Adobe Experience League Ambassador for ANZ, helping our customers better enable and upskill their teams. Kirsty also leads a key program of work, Peer2Peer, within the APAC Customer Success Series connecting APAC customers with the purpose of knowledge sharing, networking and highlighting how other customers gain further value from their relationship with Adobe.

Cedric Huesler is director product management for Digital Experience Management at Adobe. He joined Adobe with the acquisition of Day Software in 2010. In his role, he is responsible for product direction and strategy of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – with focus on web content management and in-venue/in-store experiences.
Prior to Adobe, Huesler was engineering director at Local.ch, Switzerland’s online phone book and Yellow Pages. Huesler has 16 years' experience in the web content management space. He lives in San Francisco (California) and loves spending time hiking and skiing.
Jennifer Mulveny serves as Adobe’s Director of Government Relations for Asia-Pacific based in Sydney. She is responsible for all public policy issues that impact Adobe’s regional business, including data, international trade, privacy, cybersecurity and intellectual property.
Before joining Adobe in 2017 Jennifer was Director of Policy for Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia at Intel Corporation. She served as Intel’s U.S. Senate Republican liaison in Washington, D.C. where she lived for almost 20 years before moving to Australia in 2014.
During her time in Washington Jennifer also served as Director of Global Trade Policy at Hewlett-Packard. She also was a political appointee under President George W. Bush serving as Deputy Assistant for Congressional Affairs at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. She has worked in the U.S. Congress in both the House and Senate.
Jennifer has held several advisory roles within government and business, specialising in matters of international trade and technology policy.
She currently chairs the special interest group on public policy for the Australia Information Industry Association (AIIA) and was recently an adjunct professor at Georgetown University teaching global business and public policy. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her post-graduate degree in International Affairs from the George Washington University in Washington D.C. She lives in Sydney with her husband and two sons.
